1. Overview
At Elaya, we are committed to your satisfaction and health outcomes. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with Elaya for any reason within the first 30 days of your original purchase date, contact us at hi@elaya.health and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
The 30-day guarantee applies to:
- Your first subscription payment (trial or full plan)
- One refund per customer account
- Payments made through our website or mobile app
3. Trial Period
If you selected a 1-week trial, you will be charged the trial fee immediately. After the trial period ends, your subscription automatically converts to the full recurring plan at the price stated at checkout, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Trial charges are refundable within the 30-day guarantee window described in Section 2.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile section in the app or website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to all features until that date.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are issued only when explicitly requested and when the conditions of this policy are met.
5. Refunds After the 30-Day Window
After the 30-day guarantee period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we review requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Documented technical issues preventing access to the service
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Unauthorised charges (please report these immediately)
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hi@elaya.health with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your Elaya account
- Your order ID or payment confirmation (if available)
- A brief description of your reason for the request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
